To serve, portion the pudding evenly into two jars or glasses. Next add the cocoa powder, soy yoghurt, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Top with blueberries and cacao nibs.

Add the chia seeds and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl.

Use a whisk to make sure the chia seeds will get evenly coated with the chocolate milk mixture, then transfer the pudding mixture to the fridge to thicken up!
